Release Birthing Classes for expecting parents/birth partners: £99.
A 4 hour session (2x 2hr) preparing you and your birth partner for the birth of your baby. Covering antenatal expectations including labour, the birth and postnatal care of you and your baby. Upgrade to the Ultimate Package or add a Poppin at anytime as required.
Local Birth Ball Rental £5 (£10 with £5 returnable deposit).
Release Ultimate Package: £199.
This includes the Release 4 hour Birthing Class, outlined above, plus unlimited messaging support throughout your pregnancy until 4 weeks after baby is born - the relief of having a Midwife in your pocket! Up to 4 in person postnatal visits, if required, ie; feeding support or baby care; up to 4 weeks after your baby is born.
Release Birthing Class with Hypnobirthing for parents / birth partners: £249.
Covering antenatal expectations including labour, the birth and postnatal care of you and your baby.
Hypnobirthing tips, techniques and audios.
10 hours (2 - 2.5 hour sessions to suit you).
We will share all you need to know about Hypnobirthing; prepare for labour with relaxation techniques to achieve the positive birth experience that you deserve.
The Queen!! "I Want it All": £299
Covering antenatal expectations including labour, the birth and postnatal care of you and your baby
Hypnobirthing tips, techniques and audios.
10 hours (2 - 2.5 hour sessions, to suit you).
Unlimited messaging antenatally and postnatally - the relief of having a Midwife in your pocket!
4x postnatal visits if required to include baby cares, bathing, feeding support; up to 4 weeks after your baby is born.
Release Refresher: £50
This is a 2 hour session for parents that are expecting again and want to discuss their previous experiences and prepare to take the journey to parenting again.
Baby Massage
Bond and relax with your baby.
Aids sleep, gastric upset (colic) and of course parent bonding.
Poppins!
Like Mary Poppins, I offer to support you until I am no longer required.
Postnatal Poppins: £15 per hour - Pay As You Go.
Home visits to assist and support new parents, baby care and feeding; unless you are a Queen / Ultimate Package Mum.
Breastfeeding guidance and support.
Feed preparation and support for formula fed babies.
Payment options can be discussed. I wouldn't want anyone to be unsupported because of cost.
